The Health and Recreation Complex (HRC) serves as a wellness resource for the 网曝网 community as well as the Indianapolis community.

What is the HRC?

It鈥檚 easy to stay active at 网曝网 because right next to Hinkle Fieldhouse is the state-of-the-art Health and Recreation Complex (HRC). Inside is everything you could ask for鈥攂asketball courts, a six-lane swimming pool, group fitness classes, an elevated indoor track, three fitness floors, and more. Students receive a full membership to the HRC, so you can access its equipment, programs, and services any time you want.

More than just a recreation center.

The Health and Recreation Complex (HRC) also offers many programs and services to 网曝网 faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as the Indianapolis community. Not only is it the main stomping ground for the Department of Recreation and Wellness, the HRC also houses the offices of Counseling and Consultation Services, Health Services, and Sexual Assault Response and Prevention, making it a true wellness center on campus.

The programs we offer.

Multiple competitive and non-competitive programs are offered through our Department of Recreation. Students who are interested in some friendly competition will love our intramural and club sports programs, which include basketball, lacrosse, soccer, crew, and ultimate frisbee. From fitness classes and water volleyball that are included with your HRC membership to discounted personal training and swim lessons and so much more, you’re bound to find an activity you love.
